Return & Refund Policy

We want you to have a worry-free shopping experience with us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

i. Is it possible to return the product delivered?
Since our products are made without preservatives, they naturally have a shorter shelf life. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns once a product has been delivered.

ii. What are the conditions for refund:
Considering the nature of our product, refund, in the form of loyalty points, can be given only for the below reasons:
1.Damaged product
2.Expired items
The loyalty points can be used for any subsequent order. Please make any claim within 2 days from date of delivery.

iii. What if the items I have received are damaged / expired at the time of delivery?
If you ever face an issue with damages or expiry, just share clear photographs of the product with us. This helps us resolve your concern quickly and fairly, and any approved refund will be added to your account as loyalty points.

iv. What if a wrong item is delivered?
If there’s ever a mismatch in your order, simply share photos of the delivered products against the invoice. Once verified, we’ll make it right by crediting the value of the incorrect item to you as loyalty points—ready to use on your next order. 

v. I want to claim refund since the order is not delivered yet and is delayed beyond the timeline.
In rare cases, if there’s an unforeseen delay in despatch, you may cancel your order any time before it is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll coordinate with India Post to track and resolve any delays.

vi. What if the product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, we’ll notify you on WhatsApp and share a tentative dispatch date once it’s ready. You can then choose to wait for the product or cancel that item from your order.

vii. I have a quality concern. How do I claim?
If you ever have a quality concern, just Whatsapp the details—we’re here to listen and resolve it fairly. Refunds will be reviewed with care and processed based on our management’s evaluation. 

Late or Missing Refunds
1.If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or card provider.

Cancellation Policy

i. How do I cancel my order?
We’d be sad to see your order cancelled. But if you still wish to proceed, please reach out to us on our WhatsApp number. Cancellations can be made before the cut-off time on the same day of your order.
